hallo everybody. long time no see. dah dekat 6 bulan rasanya tak update projek. takat upload kat facebook jer... aku nak review 1 job kat jalan tengku muhammad, kuantan, pahang. berdekatan teluk chempedak, kuantan. aku design utk 1 developer. 2 unit banglo 2 1/2 tingkat. some interesting feature pasal banglo ni, setakat ni aku rasa aku blom pernah tengok design sebegini kat kuantan. locationya cantik, pasal tu aku rasa banglo ni patut dilebihkan... modern tropical image, vertical louvers at front, double volume family area with expose staircase together with lift... the best part i think the swimming pool detatched with family hall at first floor level, and become the heart of the house... ground floor as a guest floor, full glass opening at living and dining create a big bright space. first floor and the second floor (attic) become main family level. front part is the double volumn family hall, with a huge opening to the pool deck. 3 rooms at the back. another room on top with lounge and outdoor terrace. betol2 cakap aku memang suka design rumah ni. tp masalahnya kiv plak. client pon xde respond balik. x tau ape masalahnya... harap2 naik jugak la lepas ni. amin...
